The association Friends of the University of Navarra contributed more than 4.7 million euros last year, of which 2.5 million were used to finance scholarships to research. The rest was invested in projects of the Institute for Culture and Society (ICS), the Institute of Tropical Healthin Alumni Scholarships and other initiatives.

The association de Amigos held its 36th general meeting of delegates, in which more than a hundred people participated to take stock, learn about the new objectives of the association and exchange experiences.

José María Bastero, president of the association, began with the presentation of the conference. Roberto Bandrés, director general, then reviewed the past year and proposed the guidelines for the coming year. The delegates were also able to share their experiences in a roundtable.

visit In the afternoon, attendees participated in a guided tour of the Museum, where later the President, Alfonso Sánchez-Tabernero, presented the strategic plan of the University of Navarra "Horizon 2020", with projects for the next five years.
