The first graduating class of the Science and Business Program graduated last Thursday, December 15 at the headquarters of the University of Navarra in Madrid. In total, a dozen students of Biology and Biochemistry who during their degree program have studied this program training business.  

Speakers at the graduation ceremony included Luis Montuenga, Dean of the School of Sciences, Ángel José Gómez Montoro, director of the campus of the University of Navarra in Madrid, Juan Álvarez, director doctor of Pfizer, and Pablo Avilés, researcher of PharmaMar and tutor of one of the projects. The ceremony was also attended by several professors of the subjects taught in Madrid, as well as by relatives of the graduates.

The Science and Business Program is a diploma of specialization in the field of business, whose goal main objective is that science graduates acquire and develop knowledge and skills in the field of management of scientific-technological companies. During the degree program program, studentstake different business subjects, go on international training trips, have a personalized training at IESE in Barcelona and, at the end of the degree program program, spend time at the University's headquarters in Madrid, where they take a project simulation of business.
