Those who know him well say that "he has magic", as much as the magic he put into the 23 years he worked at Disney Ibérica or at business for television sets, which he joined right after finishing degree program at the age of 21, and which later took him to Madrid. Begoña Torralba (ISSA'91) is from Zaragoza and says that without a doubt, his experience in the scouts as a child helped her a lot to forge her "fast and efficient" character.

On Tuesday, October 6, he participated in a session, in person and online, with more than eighty students from the University of Navarra organized by ISSA Management Lab students entitled "From Disney to beyond". For just over an hour he shared his professional experience in which he told them that inevitably, in order to grow, he had to make decisions that in turn led him to give up others.

She also reminded them of the importance of developing skills both for their life and for day-to-day life at work. In this regard, she placed special emphasis on initiative and the ability to adapt to change as two of the skills that have been most useful to her. And she told them: "When no one knows how to do something, if you start, you are the one who will know the most about it".

She told them about her experience in setting up large and small events at Disney Ibérica, her work as executive assistant and at department in marketing and communication, and encouraged them to go out into the professional world "with the desire to eat the world". "You have a very good training and you are different from the rest. In the professional world you can't wait to be called, you have to keep your hand up continuously and go out looking," he concluded.
