training online on smoking cessation to position by professors of the School Nursing
On the framework of the European INSTrUCT project , the course will take place on December 15 and 16.

Within the actions that are part of the European INSTrUCTproject , the professors and researchers of the School of Nursing of the University of Navarra Navarra Canga, María Pueyo, Hildegart González and Idoia Pardavila will participate, on December 15 and 16, in an online course on smoking cessation. The goal of this action is to train the academic staff who, in turn, will implement the training resources created in the framework of the European project INSTrUCT.
The training is addressed to academic staff of the Degrees of the area of Health Sciences of the participating centers: Universitat de Barcelona, Universitat de Lleida, Universidad de Navarra, Escola Superior de Enfermagem de Coimbra, King'sCollege London, Université Libre de Bruxelles and Erasmus Hogeschool Brussel.
In the case of the School Nursing, the coordinator of project, Idoia Pardavila, will give a session on the methodology professor used in the courseINSTrUCT and will present the guide for teachers: "INSTrUCT: an open resource educational in brief intervention in smoking in university students". In addition, Professor María Pueyo will intervene in a session on assessment.
The project INSTrUCT started in 2019 led by the Tobacco Control Unit of the Catalan Oncology high school . With a duration of four years, it involves 7 European centers and has funding of 360,596 euros from the ERASMUS+ European Grants.
