The journal 'Ius Canonicum', co-published by the University and Thomson Reuters Aranzadi
The agreement publishing house will increase the international projection of this publication of Canon Law and Ecclesiastical Law of the State, which has been published since 1961.
The journal Ius Canonicum, published by high school Martín de Azpilcueta of the University of Navarra, is now co-published by the academic center and Thomson Reuters Aranzadi. The latest issue, corresponding to December 2011, has already appeared under the seal of the legal publishing house .
Thanks to agreement, the international projection of the journal will be increased, since Thomson Reuters Aranzadi is present in 93 countries and is distributed in the five continents.
"For Ius Canonicum it is an honor to be counted among the journals that the publishing house has available in Spain and to introduce the Canon Law and the Ecclesiastical Law of the State in the great channels of the worldwide diffusion of contemporary juridical thought", says Professor Jorge Otaduy, director of the publication.
Ius Canonicum contains scientific articles by professors from School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra and high school Martín de Azpilcueta, as well as numerous specialists from other national and foreign academic centers.
In addition to programs of study monographs, the publication includes the most interesting legislative texts promulgated by the Holy See, the activity of the committee Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts, and the sentences of the Tribunals of the Holy See, commented by specialists in the subject. Each volume is completed by a section of reviews of books considered of special interest and book reviews, as well as chronicles of congresses and scientific meetings.
