Chef Alberto Chicote's new program has been produced with the scientific advice of professors Íñigo Navarro and Alfredo Martínez.

- Food Myths, Program 1

Antena 3 TV premieres its new program"Food Myths" with the goal to analyze in a rigorous and funny way some of the most widespread clichés about food in Spain.

Directed by chef Alberto Chicote, the new formula has counted on the advice of several scientists and experts, who have corroborated or disproved the most common myths of our per diem expenses and advised on how to demonstrate the reality in a way internship, so that it is also attractive to the audience. Specifically, the program has been advised by the Full Professor of Nutrition Alfredo Martínez and by the Full Professor of Chemistry Analytical Iñigo Navarro, both from the University of Navarra.

In the first program, Chicote answers culinary prejudices such as whether honey is more fattening than sugar, whether it is true that orange juice should be drunk quickly "so that the vitamins don't go away" or whether eating carrots helps to make the skin more tanned.
