Alma Palau: "We transmit indigestible messages, we must be creative in the Education nutritional".

The president of committee General of the Official Colleges of Dietitians-Nutritionists participated in the 25th anniversary of the programs of study of Human Nutrition and Dietetics of the University of Navarra.

"We transmit indigestible messages, we must be creative in the nutritional Education ". This was stated by Alma Palau, president of the committee General of the Official Colleges of Dietitians-Nutritionists, on the 25th anniversary of the programs of study of Human Nutrition and Dietetics of the University of Navarra.

Palau has participated in the IX conference of update in Nutrition organized by the University of Navarra. These conference have brought together nearly 200 national and international experts dietitians-nutritionists to discuss how to act in the treatment and prevention of diseases.

In patient care, according to María Lecha, dietician-nutritionist at the Nutrition and Dietetics Unit of the Moisés Broggi Hospital in Barcelona, "individualized dietary treatment adapted to their needs" is necessary. PREDIMED Symposium

The training on nutrition will continue on Saturday with a workshop dedicated to 'Personalized Nutrition and Obesity' and to the 'Symposium on the essay PREDIMED'. In this, the latest advances, effects on biomarkers or cardiovascular prevention of this essay whose goal has been to assess the functions of the Mediterranean per diem expenses in the prevention of chronic diseases will be presented.
