The School of Sciences participates in the project 'Winkle's Journey' in the Aranguren Valley.
The Aranguren Valley Town Council, the Ilundáin Foundation and the University of Navarra have presented 'Winkle's Journey', educational materials whose goal is to promote knowledge and respect for the environment among schoolchildren.
The presentation took place recently in the Plenary Hall of the Town Hall of the Aranguren Valley. The materials include a story starring the snail Winkle, aimed at children aged 6 to 12 years, an informative guide of the fauna of the Aranguren Valley, which includes 57 different animal species, a teacher's notebook and a CD with different activities.
The work has been carried out entirely by students from different Schools of the University of Navarra and coordinated by the department of Innovation of the Ilundáin Foundation and under the impulse of the City Council of Valle de Aranguren.
