Five professors from the University of Navarra take part in seminar 'Faith-Reason-Science', organized by the ISCR San Francisco Javier
Three of them are members of the group of research 'Science, Reason and Faith' of the campus
Five professors from the University of Navarra will speak at the seminar 'Faith-Reason-Science', organized by the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences 'St. Francis Xavier'. They are Javier Novo, professor of the School of Sciences; Mª Amor Beguiristáin, professor of the School of Philosophy and Letters; and three members of the group of research 'Science, Reason and Faith' (CRYF): Juan Luis Lorda, of the School of Theology; Luis Echarte, of the School of Medicine; and Héctor Mancini, of the School of Sciences.
The seminar will begin on September 27 and end on December 20, and is aimed at catechists, religion teachers and the general public. The goal is to bring the attendees closer to the scientific findings on the origin of life and human life, articulating the truth of faith and the truth of science.
