The University, among the world's 50 best in employability

The ranking published by Times Higher Education places the academic center as the second best option in Spain for international companies.

The University of Navarra is ranked 50th in the world in the Global University Employability Ranking, prepared by Times Higher Education magazine. The academic center rises 16 places with respect to the previous year in this study that ranks the 150 centers in the world best valued by international companies when it comes to hiring.

It is also in second place nationally in the ranking, which includes three Spanish institutions. In addition to the University of Navarra, IE University and ESADE Business School are included.

The Global University Employability Ranking is based on interviews with seven thousand human resources managers from companies and institutions worldwide. American universities lead the ranking, with six of them in the top 10 and 34 among the top 150.

According to Roberto Cabezas, director of Career Services of the University of Navarra, "to be issue 50 in the world in employability is result of the talent of our students and their ability to contribute to the professional development of their work environment".

Cabezas adds that the work at subject of employment and employability is not improvised: "It is the result of an ambitious strategy of the University to build solid relationships and collaborations with companies of national and international relevance". In his opinion, this commitment, framed in the Horizon 2020 strategy of the academic center, "is one more step in the social contribution of the University through the transfer of university talent".

92.5% of graduates have employment or are in the process of expanding their training

According to the academic center's latest study on employment rate , 92.5% of graduates have employment or are expanding their training and 60.5% have taken less than six months to find one. Similarly, the graduates surveyed rate their current work with a grade average of 8.10 points out of 10. In addition, the center has a network of partnership that includes 4,200 companies that favor the employment rate of graduates.
