The University of Navarra has raised 37,412 euros in the XII Solidarity Study Olympiad. For this purpose, 2,074 students from campus in Pamplona and San Sebastián participated. The students recorded the time they spent studying and, subsequently, the sponsors converted each hour of study into one euro to finance the chosen solidarityproject : the construction of a Higher Technical School in Hinche (Haiti).

The campaign "If you study, you cooperate", developed by the organizations Coopera Internacional, Coopera and ACTEC, has counted with the participation of thousands of young people from countries in Europe, Latin America and Africa. At the University of Navarra it has been coordinated by Tantaka, the Time Bank of Solidarity of the academic center, and has been developed between November 5 and December 5 in the different libraries of campus, as well as in the colleges and university clubs.

Of the total money raised at the University of Navarra(37,412 hours), 25,379 hours correspond to the libraries of campus in Pamplona (1,160 participants); 3,309.5 hours correspond to campus in San Sebastián (164 participants) and 8,696 hours correspond to the colleges and university clubs (750 participants).
