Dámaso Molero gives a session to Pharmacy students
The director general manager of 3P Biopharmaceuticals encouraged the students of the University of Navarra to foster their entrepreneurial spirit.
The lecture given with Dámaso Molero, pharmacist and director general manager of 3P Biopharmaceuticals had as goal to define the keys to become a manager of business: vision of future, decision capacity, to have a goal in mind and to reflect on the goal: fundamental characteristics to be able to lead a business project .
Molero starred in one of the conferences organized by the students of School of Pharmacy of the University of Navarra at lecture series Pharmacists in the 21st century.
The director general manager of 3P Biopharmaceuticals encouraged pharmacy students to take advantage of opportunities or "look for the right environment to become who you want to be, even if this means going abroad". In addition, Molero stressed that to achieve a better professional future "students should seek initiative and also culturalize themselves with subjects from fields other than healthcare."
