Miguel Lluch, professor of the School of Theology of the University of Navarra, intervened as speaker in the congress 'The Influence of the Decalogue: Historical, Theological and Cultural Perspectives'. It was organized by Dominik Markl (Heytrop College, University of London) and Christine Joynes (Centre for Reception History of the Bible, University of Oxford).

Professor Lluch, who has several publications on the Decalogue, gave a talk at lecture 'The Decalogue in Western Theology from the Church Fathers to the 13th Century'. He was the only Spanish speaker at the conference.

Experts from academic centers around the world spoke at congress, which took place at Trinity College: Dominik Markl, University of London (UK); Sarah Pearce, University of Southampton (UK); J. Cornelis de Vos and Hermut Löhr of the University of Münster; Randall Smith of the University of Notre Dame (Paris); Hans-Jürgen Fraas of the University of Munich (Germany); Ian Green of the University of Edinburgh (UK); Jonathan Willis of the University of Birmingham (UK); David Clines, University of Sheffield (Great Britain); Christopher Rowland, University of Oxford (UK); Luciane Beduschi, Sorbonne University (France), Gehrard Lauer, University of Göttingen (Germany); Lloyd Baugh, Pontifical Gregorian University (Italy); and Steven Wilf, University of Connecticut (USA). The conference proceedings will be published by the prestigious publishing house Oxford University Press.
