The chef Pedro Subijana, whose restaurant Akelarre has three Michelin stars, has participated in the space"Ask the chef", organized by several students of the double Degree of Pharmacy and Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
The colloquium, open to the entire university community and anyone interested, brought together more than 200 attendees at the auditorium of Sciences Building.
Previously, the famous chef taught class at the subject de Tecnología Culinaria, where he has been professor for several courses and where he often shows videos of the most innovative techniques used in his restaurant, Akelarre.
