26 final year students of Degrees of Pharmacy and of Human Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Pharmacy carry out their supervised internships abroad. Thanks to the agreements that the academic center maintains with different foreign institutions, this 2014-2015 international internships have been developed in hospitals, centers of research and development and pharmacies in Europe, the United States and Argentina.
The largest concentration of students is in the United Kingdom, specifically in London, where 14 of them are being trained. Judit Borrell is one of them: "Here pharmacists are highly valued, people ask questions and do what we study in pharmaceutical care. There is a lot of communication between doctors and pharmacists and the patient is really well cared for".
The rest of the colleagues are also enjoying their internships in pharmacies in France and Ireland, hospitals in the United States and Italy, and research centers in Argentina.
