The School of Pharmacy managed 296 training practices in 2014-2015.

The students were able to work in companies such as Cinfa, Nafarco or Nestlé.

During the last academic year, School de Farmacia managed 296 training internships, through its Careers Office. During 2014-2015 participated in this training 231 students of the academic center, both Degree in Pharmacy and Human Nutrition and Dietetics and the double Degree.

Leticia Eguilaz, Guillermo Roldán, Alberto Voltas, José Luís Redondo or Sara Sanjuan, are some of these students who have experienced what it is like work in a hospital, in a pharmacy, in the pharmaceutical and food industry, in a dietary enquiry or in a laboratory. Some of the companies where they did their internships were Idifarma, Nafarco, Cinfa, Nestlé, or the National Center for Food Technology and Safety. For most of the participants this opportunity has been the best tool to improve their professional and personal skills and competences development .

There are two ways to carry out this experience: through a"Voluntary Internship" or through the subject "Initiation to business", a subject elective subject through which the student is incorporated in a business for two months during the summer with the advice of a professional tutor . At the end of the stay, the student submission a report where he/she presents the tasks and achievements obtained during the internship, as well as a reflection on the experience. The grade of the subject is the sum of the grade of the report and the assessment of the tutor.
