The International Nursing Program will train professionals with an international profile
Taught in English and includes hospital internships abroad

The'International Nursing Program', a degree scroll of the Degree in Nursing that seeks to train future professionals with an international profile and that will be offered from next September.
The program consists of 60 ECTS credit in English (25% of the Degree) and includes a one-month internship in international health centers with which the School of Nursing collaborates.
"All this allows the student to receive a training in English from bilingual professors with extensive training abroad; a professional internship in an English-speaking country; and the training to professionally serve people and communities with cultural and ethnic diversity," says Maribel Saracíbar, the dean of the School of Nursing.
The pathway is structured over the four years of the Degree in Nursing, in which each year compulsory and elective subjects are added to make up the total number of credits. Internships abroad are carried out during the summer from 2nd to 3rd or from 3rd to 4th.
In the opinion of the dean "this training internship in other countries, together with the theoretical training , will train generalist nurses with the necessary competencies to exercise their professional work in an international and multicultural context.
The admissions process will value the transcript of high school diploma and the result obtained in the entrance exams will be assessed. An advanced level of English must also be accredited, equal or superior to B2 of the framework of reference letter European .
