Nine master's degrees from the University of Navarra are among the best of their specialization program in Spain, according to the latest ranking of postgraduate programs prepared by El Mundo. In total, the newspaper has analyzed the opinions of more than 500 experts and more than 1,000 degrees offered by universities and other entities.

Five master's degrees from the academic center occupy the first place. The Master's Degree in research, development and Innovation of Medicines, from the School of Pharmacy, leads the specialization program of Pharmacy. El Mundo highlights its six-module structure that analyzes the world of drugs from the initial idea and its design until it reaches the market.

Likewise, the Master's Degree European Molecular Biology in Nutrition and Metabolism (E-MENU) tops the ranking at area for Food and Veterinary Medicine. The ranking underlines its academic and professional orientation, as well as the fact that its program includes visits to hospitals and industries.

In addition, the Master's Degree in Law at business, from School Law, is still in first place, leading the category of the same name. The publication explains that academic staff is made up of 50 percent academics and 50 percent practicing lawyers, and that students attend IESE in New York to familiarize themselves with the American legal profession.

The first one also maintains the Master's Degree in design Arquitectónico, whose basic attraction, according to El Mundo, is its bilingual teaching and that makes it possible to take the double Master's Degree with the postgraduate program en Theory and History of Architecture. Also in first place is the Master's Degree in Political and Corporate Communicationwhich is offered by School de Comunicación and which, according to the publication, includes a one-month stay professor at George Washington University.

In second place in the ranking is the Master's Degree at management de Empresas de Comunicaciónat specialization program of business Informative. In third place are the Master's Degree at advisory service Fiscaloffered by School of Law, in the specialization program in Fiscal and Tax Law; and the Master's Degree in Economics and Financefrom the School of Economics, in the Finance category. Lastly, in fourth place in the category of Education continues the Master's Degree in Educational and Psychological Interventionfrom the School of Philosophy and Letters.

IESE among the best business schools

In preparing this study, 26 criteria were taken into account, covering factors such as the demand for Master's Degree, human resources, Study program, the results obtained by students and the material resources of each postgraduate program. El Mundo also includes a guide of the best business schools in Spain, including the University of Navarra's IESE Business School. The newspaper emphasizes that "it has consolidated its position as one of the world's leading business schools" and highlights "its contacts on all five continents.
