Nadia Chechina (ISSA'12) lives in London and is currently team member Customer Service at Zara.com.

When Nadia Chechina (ISSA'12) had to decide what degree program to do, she left her native Russia to come to study the Degree in attendance in Management - Management Assistant at the University of Navarra. That was 9 years ago. At that time it was held in San Sebastian.

During this time she has lived in the United States, during a semester of the degree program doing an international program at Disney Orlando. She has also lived in La Coruña, when she started at Zara.com headquarters, and now in London.

She currently works at department Customer Service for Zara.com in several countries. "It has always been my dream, it is an opportunity at staff and professional level," she says.

Among the functions she performs are the support to physical stores, the negotiation and selection of future suppliers for department Customer Service, the control and improvement of the customer shopping experience, and the management of her team in the Contact Centre and in Zara's UK office.

He says that settling in a city like London and tackling a new work was quite hard at first: "Although I had done similar jobs before, I had done it on a smaller scale. It was a very big challenge , but at the same time very nice."

Of everything she learned at ISSA School of Management Assistants, she says that the classes in Ethics, protocol and Languages were essential to be able to reach a certain level of responsibility: "Languages are very important. It was one of the reasons why I joined Zara.com".
