Eleven companies and more than 200 students participated in the second Sector-Focused Career Fair 2015 at the University of Navarra, focused on the consultancy service, financial and legal sectors.

The participating professionals presented their companies and had the opportunity to meet the university students personally in the networking space at Amigos Building of the academic center.

Alex Menzoda, manager of Selection and development in Caja Rural de Navarra, has emphasized that this workshop "is a great opportunity to know in a close and direct way the concerns of university students, and at the same time to publicize our internship program as a way to join Caja Rural".

The workshop also included a focus group in which professionals, university students and academics exchanged views on the offers and demands of the sector.

In the afternoon, Augusto Baena, from Oliver Wyman, gave a Master Class on how to solve a case at selection process. The workshop ended with an International Focus Group with Thomson Reuters Poland.

Throughout the morning, five of the participating companies carried out selection processes. "In addition to meeting talent, we have met with people really interested in our business. People have come prepared and that is appreciated," said Anna Navarro, manager Selection of Indra Business Consulting.

The next sectorial workshop , focused on the Biosanitary Sector, will take place next Thursday, February 5th at Sciences Building of the University of Navarra.
