Too much homework in Burlada?

Frederick Nuin, Sergio del Castillo, Luis Miguel Oliete and Alberto Navarro make up the winning team, which was tutored by teacher Sabela Vázquez. They developed the project 'Too much homework in Burlada?', in relation to the homework strike called by the Spanish Confederation of association of Fathers and Mothers of student body in November 2016.

Specifically, they wanted to find out whether in their town, Burlada, students do not have enough free time because of homework, extracurricular activities or a combination of both, or whether the first statement is not true.

In the Navarre phase of the competition 38 students participated, divided into 11 groups from schools in Pamplona, Burlada (IES Ibaialde), Peralta (IES Ribera del Arga), Garralda (high school de Garralda), Tudela (high school San Francisco Javier, IES Benjamín de Tudela), Bera de Bidasoa (Berako Toki Ona Institutan) and from Training Cycles of Degree Medium Educational Centers in Navarra. Of all of them, six teams were selected.
