The 4th video in the "Secrets of Your Brain" series reviews what neuroscience has to say about our response to traumatic events such as 9/11.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, September 21, the 4th video of the informative series "The secrets of your brain", developed by the University of Navarra to explain the latest contributions of Neuroscience on the functioning of our brain, will be presented. It is a project carried out by the professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Natalia López Moratalla and edited by Carlos Bernar, specialist in Audiovisual Communication in the academic center, and Enrique Sueiro, PhD in Biomedical Communication.

This last video, which will be presented at 10 am. at the conference room de Profesores del Sciences Building (Hexagon Building), aims to show what role emotions play in the storage of our memories, how positive and negative experiences influence the shaping of our personality, or how our memory of the events of September 11, 2001 was formed and stored, as an example of a traumatic event.

The presentation will be presented by Dr. Natalia López Moratalla at position and will begin with the viewing of this last video:"Adolescent brain, report andcreativity".

The researcher will also explain how this last video is a continuation of the previous one, graduate "Cerebro adolescente: entre gustar y desaparecer" (Adolescent brain: between liking and disappearing), since together they show how the brain works and how it is shaped in such a crucial stage as adolescence.
