From September 19 to 30, the University of Navarra's School of Architecture is holding the II Intensive Projects seminar (SIP) at the Escola da Cidade de Sao Paulo (Brazil). This edition, taught by architect Gonçalo Byrne, is called 'Conquistar a Rua'. Professor José Manuel Pozo and researcher Federico Pastorino, both from campus in Pamplona, are participating in the workshop .

The SIP will propose to the participants the global projection of an urban space in Sao Paulo. During the first days, the participants will work in teams analyzing the case of the place and its possible solutions, to later develop a concrete project . The critiques of the projects will be accompanied by theoretical classes by visiting professor.

The intensive project seminars were born as an initiative of the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra in partnership with several international schools. They address strategic issues such as urban, landscape or housing design , with special emphasis on the relationship between man and society through architecture. They are addressed to architects who have recently joined graduate and to students in their final years.
