The Bishop of Bilbao ordains as deacons 13 students of the University of Navarra from 6 countries
Mario Iceta, ordained as deacons 13 students of the Schools Ecclesiastical of the University of Navarra who aspire to become priests. Residents of the International Ecclesiastical high school Bidasoa, they come from Ecuador, El Salvador, Philippines, Brazil, Mexico and Peru.
The ceremony took place on February 19, 2011 in the parish of St. Nicholas (Pamplona). The new deacons are Bolivar Andres Batallas Vega, Melvin Milton Alarcon, Salvador Ernesto Vanegas, Jomel Ian de la Cruz, Robert Adam Cajipo, Eugene Floriano Uy, Fagner Israel de Oliveira, Yasser Horacio Lopez, Jesus Ramon Olivas Arce, Norberto Sanchez, Manuel Leguia Mendoza, Victor Raul Bengoa Calachua and Jorge Aviles Wong.
