A thousand students between 13 and 18 years old have participated in the eighth edition of the audiovisual competition Nutrivideo, organized by the School of Pharmacy and Nutrition of the University of Navarra with the goal of promote healthy lifestyle habits and proper nutrition among young people.

In its eighth edition, 186 teams from schools all over Spain submitted 135 videos that were uploaded to the Nutrivideo YouTube channel, where they have reached 27,500 views. The most viewed video, which won the first award in this category, was "Healthy sleep", with almost 3,000 views, produced by students from high school Santa Ana, Calatayud (Zaragoza). Its members received an e-book for each team member and for the center's tutor , as did the students who made the winning video in the second category, the best video. In this case, the award went to the students of high school Orvalle, from Madrid, for their clip "Un order muy extraño".

In total, more than 4,000 students have participated in the eight editions of this contest, for which 811 videos of no more than three minutes in length have been produced, the theme of which should be to raise awareness of the benefits of following a healthy per diem expenses and practicing healthy lifestyle habits. So far, the students' proposals have received more than 400,000 views on the contest channel.

Nutrivideo has the partnership of the Ministries of Education and Health and Social Policy, the high school Official Dietitians-Nutritionists of Navarra, the Government of Navarra and the Antena 3 Foundation through its campaign El estirón.
