Last Wednesday, 20 October, the University of Navarra's NursingSchool celebrated the patron saint's day in honour of St. Elizabeth of Hungary, known as "queen and servant of the poor and sick". It was undoubtedly a very special quotation given the circumstances of the pandemic, as last year this day was celebrated online. "It is fantastic to be able to celebrate the feast of St. Elizabeth of Hungary again with the students and the whole staff of the School , which has always been a tradition for us," commented Mercedes Pérez Diez del Corral, dean of the School.

The workshop began with the celebration of the Holy Mass in the chapel of the Hexagon Building building, and then continued with the floral offering to Our Lady of Beautiful Love, in the Shrine of Our Lady of Fair Love of the campus. advertisement There, as every year, the godmother of the X Promotion of Degree and LXV of School was chosen. This year the students chose Professor María Pueyo Garrigues; "it is an honour and a source of pride to have been chosen by the final year students. I started my degree program professor with them, I have been able to follow their training and it will be the perfect closure, although I am also very nervous about the speech at the end of the course".
