36 students from Degree in Management Assistance are doing an internship this semester in 5 countries. With a duration of between 3 and 5 months, this experience is for most of them the first immersion in the working world in which they will put in internship the skills acquired throughout the Degree. Although most of them have chosen a business in Spain for this assignment, 5 of the students have selected an international destination such as China, United Kingdom, Mexico or Belgium.

Idoia Lasa explains that the goal of these internships, which represent 21 credits of the 240 that make up the Degree, is that the student "acquires experience internship, knows the role of the staff support within the multidisciplinary teams in organizations and puts on internship the skills acquired throughout the degree program". He also emphasizes that "it is a supervised internship that allows students to have the support of one tutor from the organization and another from the University".

After the internship period, the tutors evaluate the students. Last year, 95% of the tutors gave the highest rating score to the fact that student performed its tasks "based on ethical values such as confidentiality, discretion, honesty, loyalty, commitment and respect". Likewise, 85% of the students evaluated received the maximum score for the skill of "knowing how to adapt to new organizational situations generated as a result of internal and external changes".
