The first seminar of the course organized by the group Science, Reason and Faith (CRYF) was given by Rubén Herce Fernández, professor of Philosophy of Science at the School Ecclesiastical University of Philosophy and member of the committee of the interdisciplinary magazine Scientia et Fides.
The recurring question about the origin of the human being can be approached from Theology, from Philosophy and from Science. The speaker presented an overview of what science is telling us today about the origin of the human lineage. His approach sparked a lively discussion in which all three perspectives were present.
