The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation has launched a call for the creation of Chairs on Artificial Intelligence in different fields.

The University of Navarra plans to compete in this call with a project on Economics del Dato, with a humanistic approach and aligned with the strategy "España Digital 2026".

This proposal will be led by IESE Business School and will also involve other centers of the University of Navarra such as DATAI (high school of Science of the data and Artificial Intelligence) and TECNUN-School of Engineering.

It is foreseen that the configuration of this alliance will take the form of Chair university-business, the most effective way of partnership in teaching, research and development activities. In turn, the participation of business facilitates the subsequent impact on the socioeconomic and technological environment.

The proposal will include activities of research, but also activities of knowledge dissemination and exploitation of results on partnership with the participating business which, in the future, is also expected to contribute to broadening and update the University's professor offer.
