Arancha Pascualena (ISSA'21) and Marisol Garre (ISSA'22) have been elected respectively delegate and subdelegate of ISSA School of Management Assistants. Among their objectives for this 2020-21 academic year is to generate fluid communication with professors and Office of the Dean, taking into account the special circumstances of COVID-19. " We would like to be able to adapt to the new status as well as possible so that, together, we can ensure that this year will not be remembered for the pandemic but for being a year full of new experiences at the University," says the new delegate.

Arancha is a fourth year student and a veteran in the student representation of School, having been subdelegate during the 17-18 academic year. She is from Pamplona, is passionate about theater and art and is also a delegate of Campus Creativo at the Museum of the University of Navarra. She is also currently part of the University's group Mutis por el foro: "I'm excited to start rehearsing and meeting new people, despite the circumstances". God willing, in January she will begin her curricular practices before finishing the degree program. Despite all the work behind the delegate of School, she assures that "it is a pleasure to be able to help the students". He adds: "I want to live my last year of university life 100%.

Her active character and desire to learn have led her to be a collaborating student at School, something she enjoys very much: "I love my degree program and the opportunities it gives us". Asked about the reasons that have led her to run for delegate, she assures that "the desire to continue learning and living experiences that contribute to me and make me grow and give myself to others".
