The new advanced course in Tax Digitalization will start in April, with the help of Deloitte Legal.

How does the progressive and unstoppable digitalization of data affect the management and development of the tax function of companies? Are large multinational companies prepared to face this new technological process?
The School of Law of the University of Navarra in partnership with Deloitte Legal promotes the Tax Digitalization course to promote a more efficient analysis of the data and an optimization of tax processes in large companies. "Companies are immersed in a digital transformation process that will allow them to access and manage a huge amount of information. It is a new reality that is already affecting business decision-making and relations with the tax authorities. It is necessary to know these new processes and have technological tools at our disposal", explains Antonio Vázquez del Rey, director of Master's Degree in advisory service Fiscal of the University of Navarra and one of the promoters of the new Tax Digitalization program,
"With this program we intend, at final, to prepare tax law and tax advisory service professionals by educating them on the knowledge of the new processes involved in the handling and treatment of massive data ," he adds.
The program is designed for directors of Departments tax or heads of tax subareas/specialties of large companies and Tax Technology.
The advanced course in Tax Digitalization of the University of Navarra combines theoretical sessions with seminars and conferences and the development of practical cases. Along with the professionals of Deloitte Legal, experts from high school of Science of data and Artificial Intelligence of the University of Navarra (DATAI) and specialists in tax advisory service are in the faculty.
The course includes the specific training at data analysis, main tools for the optimization of tax processes and tasks and provides an insight into the tax function of the companies of the future.
