The president of the association European Palliative Care lecture gives a lecture on the ICS ATLANTES Program.
Philip Larkin will discuss how to translate the concept of compassion in palliative care to both the daily internship of healthcare professionals and academic publications.
Philip Larkin, president of the European Palliative Careassociation , will give on January 29th a lecture of the ICS ATLANTES Program on how to transfer the concept of compassion in palliative care both to the daily internship of health professionals and to academic publications.
The introduction is at position by Carlos Centeno, researcher principal of ATLANTES, professor at School of Medicine and director of the Palliative Care Unit at Clínica Universidad de Navarra.
Philip Larkin has over 20 years of clinical and academic experience at specialization program in palliative care. He is currently a lecturer in Clinical Nursing (Palliative Care) at University College Dublin and Our Lady's Care Services, also in the Irish capital.
Other awards include chairman of the Irish Palliative Care association and chairman of the high school of Care Homes and Palliative Care Ireland, an organization dedicated to improving the experience of this discipline for all citizens in the north and south of Ireland.
