Almudena Ribed Sanchez, a graduate of the University of Navarra, issue three of the spanish pharmacy residency program

A total of 12 students from the academic center obtained place for Resident Pharmacist Intern in the last exam.

Almudena Ribed Sánchez, a graduate of the University of Navarra's Pharmacy School , has obtained the position issue three in the spanish pharmacy residency program (Internal Resident Pharmacist). In addition to this graduate, who was award Extraordinary End of degree program of her School in the 2008-09 academic year, 11 other Pharmacy students have obtained place.

They are Itziar Larrode Leciñena, Beatriz Bonaga Serrano, Cristina Trigo Vicente, Isabel Puértolas Tena, Adriana Bermejo Bravo, Sheila Martínez Iturriaga, Ana Colón López de Dicastillo, Iñigo Ormazabal Goicoechea, Eva María Cañada Higueras, Mª del Carmen Izquierdo Navarro and Encarnación Pellejero Hernando.

In her case, Almudena Ribed prepared for the exam between September 2009 and January of this year, with the support of an academy. Now, with her third place, she assures that she has decided on specialization program: "After my internship at the Hospital Pharmacy of the Clínica Universidad de NavarraI became very interested in this field, where I believe that the professional never stops learning new things".

He also values positively that this specialization program allows him to learn about the field of hospital management . "It is a different area in our profession, more linked to economic issues, which seems particularly relevant to me: you know the role of the drug professional in healthcare, but also how the necessary resources are managed to provide a good service to the patient," he stresses.
