Organized by Professor Javier AldazábalIn the afternoon, there was a session on virtual reality with a theoretical part and an internship. From the hand of Scarlet RomeroThe participants learned about the differences between virtual, augmented and mixed reality. Afterwards, they used the goal Quest 2 for a Biomedical Engineering internship that simulated attendance in an operating room, learning through gaming and immersive experience.

"A student who has successfully completed the simulation would be able to understand the attendance in a real operating room much better, as he or she would distinguish and have "used" the instruments previously in a very realistic environment," explains Aldazábal.
