Professors of the School of Sciences of the University of Navarra participate in the congress Biospain

The Dean of the School of Sciences of the University of Navarra, Ignacio López-Goñi, and the professor of the same center and director of the Proteomics Unit of the CIMA (research center Applied Medicine), Fernando Corrales, will participate this week in the fifth international Biotechnology meeting , Biospain 2010, to be held between September 29 and October 1 in Pamplona.

The partnering event, organized by EBD Group, will bring together more than 1,200 professionals and 700 companies from the biotechnology sector that during the three days of the event will hold more than a thousand bilateral interviews, becoming one of the biotechnology partnerings with more convening power at European level.

More than 160 companies have confirmed their participation in the exhibition area , from countries as diverse as Spain, France, Germany, Canada, Belgium, United Kingdom, USA and Switzerland, among others. Biospain 2010 has become the great platform of presentation of Spanish biotechnology at international level, allowing to satisfy the commercial, academic and informative needs of the sector.

Since its first edition in 2003, it has become one of the most consolidated biotechnology events in Europe. In its 5th edition, Biospain is co-organized by ASEBIO (association Spanish Biocompanies) and the Government of Navarra through its Agency for the development of Navarra(SODENA).
