Counseling on healthy habits at the Sto Domingo Market

Specialists in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Navarra offer free personalized nutritional advice to all visitors to the Pamplona Market, on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm, from this week until November 30.
Nutritional guidance will allow those who wish to know, through a questionnaire on eating habits and physical activity performed, the risk they have of suffering from diabetes in the future subject 2. Also, experts from the University of Navarra will provide advice on the healthiest per diem expenses .
Those interested in participating in the Preview study for the prevention of diabetes subject 2 in young people and adults will be selected from among all the people who have passed through the exhibitor. Volunteers must be included in the age groups 25-45 years and 55-70 years and be overweight or obese.
