A new website to learn about the history of Opus Dei

In the week of the centenary of the priestly ordination of St. Josemaría Escrivá, the CEJE launches an informative website on the history of Opus Dei.

The Centro de programs of study Josemaría Escrivá (CEJE) has launched a new website dedicated to the history of Opus Dei, hosted on the website of the University of Navarra. The platform combines informative resources with academic rigor, offering articles, documents and interactive tools for all audiences subject

One of its main attractions is access to the Josemaría Escrivá and Opus Dei Virtual Library, an extensive digital archive that allows visitors to consult fundamental materials for understanding the development this institution. It also has timelines, maps and a specific section on its members, currently under development.

The launch coincides with the centenary of the priestly ordination of St. Josemaría Escrivá, which is why the website includes a special section on this event. Among the outstanding content are articles by Ernesto Juliá, Rafael Domingo Oslé, Constantino Ánchel, Rafael Domingo Oslé, José Luis González Gullón and Santiago Martínez. In an interview, the latter analyze the years of training of the founder of Opus Dei and the influence of his environment on his priestly path.

Behind this project, coordinated by the CEJE, are historians from the Istituto Storico San Josemaría Escrivá (ISJE), members of the St. Josemaría Escrivá Institute (ISJE), and members of the St . Josemaria Institute ( St. Josemaria Institute). St. Josemaria Institute and academics from various universities, who will continue to expand the content in the coming years. With this initiative, the CEJE seeks to bring the history of Opus Dei to a global audience, combining accessibility with academic depth.
