Protagonists
María Jesús Santos, administrative assistant assistant to the high school Superior of Religious Sciences (ISCR) since 2006, has retired after several decades of service at the University of Navarra. In addition to the Ecclesiastical Schools , she has served professionally in the Office of Student Affairs of campus, the Service of Personnel Management Service, the board directive of the School of Communication y Foundation business-University of Navarra.
Professor Enrique Moros has obtained the positive assessment from the National Agency for Assessment of Quality and Accreditation as Associate Professor.
Activities in the Schools
Three thesis were defended at the School Theology and in the School Ecclesiastic of PhilosophyIn the first, Mahougnon Janvier Gbenou presented 'Tocqueville et la communauté international démocratique. Etude de l'idée d'humanité au travers de ses écrits'; and Ana-Cristina Manso Rodríguez defended 'Dei Verbum y la tradición crítica hermenéutico-pragmática'. In the second, Enrique Alonso de Velasco Esteban read 'La recepción de la Encíclica Humanae Vitae en el ámbito católico de los Países Bajos'.
Activities outside the campus
Tomás Trigo, professor of Moral Theology at the University of Navarra, gave several conferences in Monterrey (Mexico) on May 28 and 29. More information.
Professor Fermín Labarga, from the School of Theology, participated from June 4 to 6 in the conference National Diocesan Delegates of Brotherhoods and Confraternities, organized by the Pastoral of Shrines, Pilgrimages and Popular Piety of the Spanish Episcopal department Pastoral de Santuarios, Peregrinaciones y Piedad Popular of the Spanish Episcopal lecture .. He offered the discussion paper "The Feast of Corpus Christi and the Confraternities of the Blessed Sacrament". The Archbishop of Granada, Javier Martínez, and the auxiliary bishop of Barcelona, Sebastià Taltavull, also took part in the conference .
Professor Juan Luis Lorda gave a lecture at seminar 'Adequate Anthropology: a look at man' at the John Paul II Pontifical Institute of the Diocese of Cartagena. It took place on June 16 at the Real Casino de Murcia.
Professors José Ramón Villar and Pablo Blanco from School of Theology will intervene in the International Course of update Theology organized by the Center of programs of study and Communication (CEDESCO) of Lima (Peru). I believe in the Church' will take place from June 23 to 25 and will deal with the Second Vatican Council, on the occasion of its 50th anniversary.
Professor Francisco Gallardo will present a paper on violence and religion at the X International X congress International of Philosophical Anthropology War and Peace: Philosophical Perspectives'. It is organized by the Hispanic Society of Philosophical Anthropology and will be held in Alicante from June 26 to 28.
