On November 17, at IESE' s Madrid headquarters, high school business y Humanismo held the annual meeting with its Business Forums, which was attended by delegates and presenters from the Murcia, Madrid, Andalusia, Asturias, Alava, Valencia and Valladolid Forums. The meeting was attended by executives from high school business and Humanism, School of Economics and other services of the University.

In the first session of work, Rafael Alvira, Vice-President of board of trustees of high school, Ignacio Ferrero, Dean of School of Economics and Business Sciences of the University and Jaume Aurell, Director of high school, presented their ideas on the present and future of high school, in particular on the increasing relevance of continuing to reflect on the role of Humanities in the field of business and in public life. In this regard, the importance of the fact that the high school, with its foundational humanistic orientation, has recently been attached to the School of Economics at the University of Navarra, which will undoubtedly reinforce its impact both in the economic and business world and among future generations of economists and managers, was emphasized.

In the second session of the workshop, Roberto Bandrés, Director General of the association of Friends, Roberto Cabezas, Director of Career Services and Fernanda Parias, administrative office Executive of Alumni UNAV Campus Madrid, presented to the Forums the range of activities that their services develop and the contribution they can also make to the Forums, through the support of their activities in their respective regions.

Finally, in the third and last session of the day, delegates and representatives from each of the Forums shared their experiences and activity plans and made suggestions on how best to take advantage of their linkage with high school and the University.

The conclusions of meeting reinforced the idea of the importance of continuing to explore the synergies between high school, the University and the Forums, in order to contribute to the growth of the Forums and the promotion of their activities in each of the regions in which they are active. Likewise, the opportunities opened up to develop new actions with the incorporation of high school to the School of Economic and Business Sciences of the University were highlighted.
