"There is no magic formula for managing people."

Ruiz clarified that HR managers are "neither angels nor demons", but that "they are the ones in the middle, between management and workers, but without forgetting that they are on the side of the business". Lastly, committee, the manager stated that the important thing is "to be ethical people".
