Will it be possible that before taking office position Mariano Rajoy breaks a dynamic of disagreements between CEOE and trade unions that has lasted more than three years?

Will it be possible that Toxo and Méndez suddenly come to their senses in the face of the certainty of a PP Government? Will Rosell manage to make the tripod CCOO, UGT and CEOE come to their senses and reach agreements to unblock one of the key pending issues of our Economics: the Labor Reform (RL)?

Will it be possible to address at once the rational regulation of labor contracts, of their issue and proliferation, of dismissals and of the internal flexibility of relations between employer and employee?

Will it be possible to regulate the hierarchy of collective agreements in a flexible manner, bringing them closer to business and avoiding the intervention of the labor administration in a topic that should be exclusive to the parties?

Will it be possible download to the cost of wages of social charges that reduce the competitiveness of our companies and hinder the creation of jobs work?

? Will it be possible that finally the five million unemployed, and those to come if the dynamics of the labor market are not changed, will make those who should have been the first ones interested in not reaching this status?

Will it be possible for the Government to endorse a sensible and effective agreement , drafted jointly agreement by the real protagonists of the labor market?

Will it be possible to have on the table in a short time deadline a Labor Reform final for the next years of crisis?

It is difficult, but the PP has already said it: if it is not possible, it will be necessary to govern. That statement is an engine for change; the brake is the history of continuous disagreements over the last few years between the unions and the CEOE, and the ideological stubbornness of both sides. Everyone would be wrong to forget that the voters have spoken loud and clear.

It must be possible.
