Reinvent yourself professionally. The case of Steve Jobs

To reinvent is to reinvent again, in the sense of renewing what has already been invented, endowing it with some innovation. When we talk about this term referring to a professional, it means that what they do can be built in a different way to obtain new and better results.

In a business Creativity is trusted and update of each of its workers throughout their professional career and their own business encourages it with successive plans for training and vocational rehabilitation. Otherwise, it would cease to be competitive, especially in today's society of change. The speed at which transformations have been taking place lately forces all professionals to develop a capacity for reinvention that is unprecedented in history.

Reinventing yourself is much more than changing your work activity; The meaning of reinventing oneself is linked to a change, shock, or status that works as a trigger. It is not something that people tend to do for pleasure or in the moments of greatest comfort, but it is usually related to something that has generated dissatisfaction.

Job reinvention can be defined as an action to rethink one's activity and professional objectives, as a result of a status of disagreement or change of interests. One of the keys to professional retraining has to do with getting out of your comfort zone and deciding to face what is not known and that, therefore, can generate fear or discomfort. First of all, we need to figure out what we need to do and train ourselves to reinvent ourselves. The main success factor when it comes to achieving this is the attitude, the predisposition staff. To this must be added the capacity for resilience and the determination not to abandon what has been undertaken.

Reinventing yourself involves cutting through possible burdens from the past that are holding us back and finding new ways of thinking or doing things or that help us adapt to adversity. Change is only possible if you are open and willing to make change happen. And if at any point we get stuck, we need to ask for financial aid; Reach out to other people who have successfully reinvented themselves and transformed their lives. One of those people was Steve Jobs.

Paul Jobs, his father, was a craftsman and mechanic. He introduced his son, from an early age, to the world of electronics on the occasion of the objects he repaired. After being disappointed in college by the teaching theoretical and dogmatic, Steve left in 1974, at the age of 19, to work at the business Atari, where he collaborated on the design and improving video games. In 1977, together with his friend Steve Woznak, he created the first computer staff in history, the Apple I. In 1984, they created the Macintosh; The main innovation was the introduction of the

Jobs has told how that adversity affected him and how he managed to overcome it: "What had been the center of my whole life was gone. It was devastating. He had exchanged the weight of success for the lightness of being a newer beginner, thus entering one of the most creative periods of my life."

Steve Jobs is the emblem of constant inventiveness, imagination and innovation. His death on October 5, 2011 was announced by Apple along with this statement: "Steve's brilliance, passion, and energy were the most important thing we have ever seen." source of countless innovations that enrich and improve our lives.
