The Haaga-Helia and Laurea universities in Finland held Encounters15, a biannual forum whose goal is to present, share and disseminate experiences and innovations in different areas of knowledge. This year the framework of the lecture was Senses and Touching in Service and Care, and it was attended by attendance 200 professors from different European universities. Steve Moritz, one of the main protagonists of Service Design at the moment, and professors Raija Komppula, Arianna Maiorani and Barbara Hellige participated in the event.
