Ana Belén Martínez, professor of Business Communication at ISSA School of Management Assistants, has participated this summer in two international conferences on the future of Education and on storytelling.
"Unified Efforts across Language Departments to Teach Efficient Oral Discourse" was the degree scroll of the discussion paper she gave at the congress International The Future of Education 8th Edition, held on June 28-29 in Florence (Italy). In his exhibition he explained the innovation project professor , led by Professor Alice Otano and implemented at Degree in Management Assistant. The project encourages active participation in the classroom, the critical capacity of the student, the work teamwork and motivation. It is based on the experiences of teachers of different languages and takes into account the linguistic needs of the students and their future in the world of business.
The second congress in which he participated took place at the University of Twente (The Netherlands) from July 2 to 5. The meeting graduate Narrative Matters International Conference: The ABCs of Narrative brought together more than 300 researchers from different countries. Under the degree scroll 'Emerging Narrative Strategies Online: Syrian Auto/Tweetography', Professor Martínez focused her discussion paper on online narrative strategies. She used the case of the Syrian refugee girl Bana Alabed and how she used twitter to sequentially narrate her exit from the occupied city of Aleppo.
