José Andrés Gómez Cantero has been appointed director general of the Cima University of Navarra. He replaces Dr. Mª Pilar Civeira on the occasion of her retirement. Director of Cima since 2016, Dr. Civeira will continue at positionuntil 1 September, when the appointment will take effect.

José Andrés Gómez Cantero, an industrial engineer from the University of Navarra, is director of the Fundación para la researchMédica Aplicada from September 2021, positionwhich he will combine with the direction of Cima. Previously, he was director general of the Clínica Universidad de Navarra for 16 years.
