More than 8,500 students from Degree start the academic year at the University.

2,100 are first-year students and 674 of them are from Navarre, 17% more than last year.

More than 8,500 students have begun the academic year at the University of Navarra. Of these, around 2,100 are first-year students. The number of students from Navarre stands out, with 674 enrolments, an increase of 17% over last year. The University also maintains the proportion of international students: 600 students of 55 different nationalities, representing 28% of the total. Of particular note are the 85 students from Ecuador, 60 from the United States and another 34 from Venezuela.  

The University's Admissions Office Service informs that these are provisional data since the period of enrollment is still open. In addition, and especially in the case of students from other countries, even if they have started their programs of study the formalization of the registration may be delayed for some time.

The goal for this year is to exceed 13,000 students between Degree, programs Master's Degree, doctorate and own degrees.  

With these figures on the table, the University of Navarra's commitment is to grow more in quality than in quantity and to consolidate the parameters that this year have led it to occupy third place in the Times Higher Education (THE) ranking, as the third university in Europe at teaching, behind Oxford and Cambridge campus . 

The THE ranking measures the institution's commitment to its students, the ability to teach classes, the promotion of critical thinking and interaction with professors. It also evaluates opportunities to develop skills that help in the degree program professional. It takes into account the quality of the institution's services, the environment of teaching and access to learning materials, the mobility of Erasmus+ students and the proportion of international students.

Among the academic novelties for this academic year, the University will launch five new master's degrees: the Master's Degree Executive in Big Data Science, at the postgraduate headquarters in Madrid; the Master's Degree in management of Pharmabio Tech Companies, also in Madrid; the Master's Degree in Management at IESE; and the double Master's Degree MIEP+MUPO (Master's Degree university in Educational and Psychological Intervention and Master's Degree university of academic staff in the specialization program of Guidance), at campus in Pamplona. This section is completed with the Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, which until now was only offered in San Sebastian and will now also be offered from Madrid. 

The academic programs is divided into 38 Degrees, 14 double Degrees, 13 bilingual Degrees , 43 master's degrees and 20 bachelor's degree programs doctorate.
