The students of the II Promotion of Master's Degree in management of Pharma-Biotech Companies come from eight different degrees: pharmacy, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, biology, biomedicine, Biochemistry , nutrition and veterinary medicine; and seventeen universities, both national and international; and they are entering the classrooms for the first time six months after the classmates of the I Promotion concluded their classes.

With the Covid-19 pandemic, many students from last year are developing their internships in companies using teleworking and blended learning. In December 2020, they will present the defenses of the Final Works of Master's Degree.

The reinforcement of prevention and hygiene measures, including PCR tests for students and professionals of the University, makes it possible for the students of the new academic year to be in their first week of classroom teaching.

The students of the II Promotion have been trained in fifteen different national and international universities: Universidad de Navarra, Politécnica de Madrid, Carlos III, Pompeu Fabra, La Laguna, Francisco de Vitoria, CEU San Pablo, Alfonso X el Sabio, Autónoma de Madrid, Complutense, del País Vasco, Católica San Vicente Mártir, from Spain, and University College of London, Imperial College, Grenoble from the United Kingdom and France.

The welcoming workshop of Master's Degree took place on September 28 and was attended by the director of the Campus of Madrid of the University in Madrid, Ángel Gómez-Montoro, and members of the Academic board of Master's Degree, such as the deputy directors Esperanza Regueras and Ángel Proaño and the director Juan Manuel Irache. 

In the first workshop, the students had a few minutes to present their pitch elevator pitch to the rest of the classmates and teachers.
