Dr. Rubén Pío received the award at a congress in Vancouver (Canada), where he presented his work on a new tumor suppressor gene.
Dr. Rubén Pío received a Young Investigator Award from the Internationalassociation for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC). This professor of the Biochemistry department and researcher of the Carcinogenesis area of the Applied Medicalresearch center (CIMA) of the University of Navarra received the award at the World congress on Lung Cancer held in Vancouver (Canada).
Dr. Pío received the award diploma , during the IASLC plenary assembly, from the president of the association , Dr. Kato. The expert from the University of Navarra presented at the congress a summary of his work on a new tumor suppressor gene in lung cancer.
