"What will really make the difference will be the desire to learn, the cultivation of good ideas, the desire to go further, the construction of a focused personality, the cultivation of networks of friendships and, above all, the skill of selling oneself well". IESE Prof. Luis Mª Huete made this point in Madrid during the presentation of the University of Navarra's Master's Degree programs.

The expert explained that one must know how to sell oneself by creating a prestigious brand, that it is necessary to have one's own brand in order to stop being a "name" or a "price" in the professional services market.

On the other hand, he emphasized that the necessary skills to develop the brand staff will be the rigor of work, the commercial sense with which you choose what you dedicate yourself to and how you get noticed in the market: "A brand is the socialization of a prestige. You will have to build your brand. First by making things that bring you prestige because they are made with the quality that your customers like. Things that are valuable and rare for the market".

The opening ceremony included the presentation of the master's degree programs offered by the University of Navarra in Madrid: the Master's Degree University Law School of business (MUDE)the Master's Degree University Degree in Tax Law (MUAF)the Double Master's Degree of Access to the Legal Profession + MUDE/MUAFthe Master's Degree Executive at management of Communication Companies (MEGEC) and the Master's Degree Executive in Fashion Business Management.

The event was organized by position of Vice President of Office of Academic Affairs, Borja Lopez-Jurado, and director corporate Programs Master's Degree, Roberto Cabezas. In addition, after the lecture , there was a roundtable was followed by a presentation on staff Branding. The speakers were Professor Luis Mª Huete; Professor Oscar del Santo from the Complutense University of Madrid and UNED; the partner founder of Seeliger&Conde Eduardo Conde; and the director HR of LOEWE, Javier Alonso. The editor-in-chief of El Mundo, Miguel Gómez Vázquez, was at moderator .
