The President appoints Victoria Rodríguez Chacón as deputy director of ISSA School of Management Assistants, replacing María del Pilar Saiz.

Victoria Rodríguez Chacón holds a PhD in Industrial Organization Engineering from the University (2002). For the last 6 years, she has been linked to the department of business of the School of Economic and Business Sciences, where she is a full professor and performs academic and management tasks. Her area of research is focused on process improvement, both in production and service companies. Her publications are based on projects carried out in companies where heuristic optimization algorithms have been applied.

The board board thanks María del Pilar Saiz for her work in the board of ISSA, especially her involvement in the implementation of ISSA in the campus Pamplona, and in the students' counseling plans. Her experience has been core topic to promote languages at Degree, a fundamental aspect of degree program.
